What happens in a RIOO demo?

A product specialist walks through RIOO on NetSuite using scenarios that match your portfolio: a lease from application to ledger, rent collection, a maintenance request with its vendor bill, and month-end reporting. Bring your hardest lease or process, and the specialist will show how RIOO handles it, live.

How long is a RIOO demo?

Most first demos take under an hour, including time for questions, so finance and operations leads can attend together. Deeper follow-up sessions for finance, operations or NetSuite administrators can be arranged afterwards, focused on your own data, entities, integrations and the workflows that matter most to each team.

Do I need to be on NetSuite to book a demo?

No. Many teams book a demo while evaluating NetSuite or planning a move from a standalone property system. RIOO runs inside NetSuite, so the specialist will explain what that means for your setup and implementation, and can show property operations and accounting working together in one system.

Who should attend the demo from our side?

Ideally someone from finance, such as a controller, someone from property operations, and your NetSuite administrator or partner if you have one. That way questions about the ledger, daily workflows, roles and configuration can all be answered in one session, and nobody has to relay the details afterwards.

What happens after the demo?

After the demo, the specialist follows up with answers to any open questions and suggests next steps, such as a deeper session for finance or a review of your NetSuite setup. If RIOO looks like a fit, the team prepares a written proposal tailored to your portfolio, entities and implementation scope.
